Freshly Squeezed Comedy is the creation of standup comedians Lefty Crumpet and Jesse The Shrink, both staples of the Minnesota comedy scene. Founded in 2023 after the duo co-headlined a show in Mason City, Iowa, the company was built on a shared creative chemistry and passion for live performance. Since then, Freshly Squeezed Comedy has been producing and performing standup shows at venues throughout Minnesota. Their focus is on creating professional, well-run shows that feature some of the most talented and diverse comics from across the region. From breweries and bars to theaters and event spaces, Freshly Squeezed Comedy is committed to bringing quality standup to stages big and small.

YellowBrick Comedy shares a similar mission—elevating events through laughter. YellowBrick specializes in producing high-quality standup comedy shows tailored to fit each unique venue or private event. Jesse The Shrink

What do you get when you mix a shrink & comedian? This guy! Jesse is a bona fide licensed therapist & standup comic who gives audiences a sneak peek into the inner-workings & often hilarious experiences of a mental health professional. Whether he’s talking about navigating virtual therapy sessions during an apocalypse or just trying to figure out what to tell drunk people he does for a living, one thing’s sure: after hearing his stories you’ll never see therapy (or your therapist) the same again!

Jesse is the producer & host of Jesse The Shrink’s Midlife Crisis Show, the St Paul Comedy All-Stars Show, Friday Night Comedy at Gambit Brewing, St Paul Art Crawl Comedy Night, Therapy & Politics, & the 420 Standup Comedy Show.

He’s also co-founder of Freshly Squeezed Comedy, creator of the Funniest Person in St Paul contest, & runs a weekly comedy open mic at Gambit Brewing. Jesse won the 2024 Clear Water Comedy contest at The Plus in Eau Claire, WI, was a 2024 Funniest Person With A Day Job finalist at House of Comedy in Mall of America, & is a regular guest on the Tom Barnard Podcast.

Lefty Crumpet

Lefty is a 26-year-old, Minneapolis-based, ethnically-ambiguous, joke-slinging, musical funnyman with social anxiety from Riverside, California. He started doing standup comedy in college & immediately fell in love with the stage. His love of playing music led him to begin incorporating comedy songs into his standup performances. He lifts your hearts & minds with absurd & hilarious jokes & tunes, about various topics ranging from relationships to Doordash.

Lefty is the producer & host of the popular Pajama Party comedy showcase, was a finalist in the Funniest Person With a Day Job contest at Rick Bronson’s House of Comedy in Mall of America, is co-founder of Freshly Squeezed Comedy, & has appeared on myTalk radio's Brittany and Kendall Show. You can find him bringing joy & confusion to crowds all over the Midwest.

Pege Miller

Pege started her comedy career at the Honolulu Comedy Club on the island of Oahu, Hawaii & she's been making audiences from Hawaii to the midwest laugh ever since! Known for her high-energy & positive-vibes demeanor, along with a sharp sense of humor that will leave you in stitches, Pege has become a favorite performer at comedy clubs across the Twin Cities & beyond.

Jethro Trogo

We're thrilled to be joined by hilarious Twin Cities comedian Jethro Trogo, who can be seen performing regularly at Mall of America's House of Comedy, Gambit Brewing in St Paul, and produces the Just Pho Laughs comedy showcase in Eagan.

Dakota Forness

Dakota only recently began his standup comedy career but is already making waves on the Twin Cities comedy scene, winning over audiences with his unapologetic, unrelenting self-deprecation & unique, side-splitting insights. You can catch him performing regularly at Gambit Brewing in St Paul.
