A Fresh Take on Cooking and Wellness.
Join the CU Anschutz Health and Wellness Center’s culinary educators and registered dietitians on select Thursday evenings for online demonstrations from 5-5:30 pm.
Learn cooking techniques and seasonal recipes featuring a fusion between culinary arts and the science of nutrition in these fun and educational classes that will give you a Fresh Take on cooking and wellness.
All online classes will be held virtually via Zoom. All registrants will receive a Zoom link on the day of the class via the email they signed up with.
Fresh Take virtual Cooking Classes are 50% off to AHWC fitness members, AHWC clinic referrals, AHWC employees, and all CU Anschutz campus students.
