About this Event
Think outside the box and learn to make your own fresh pasta at home. Join in the fun as we mix, roll, shape, and cook pastas and sauces from scratch.
On the Menu*:
- Choice of laminated fettuccine, angel hair, tortellini, or ravioli
- Pesto
- Puttanesca
- Served with a fresh salad
* This is a sample menu based on the menu of a previous class. The menu is subject to change based on what is in season/available and the instructor's preference.
Skills taught:
- How to make and roll pasta
- How to fill pasta
- How to create and cook pasta sauces
Allergens: Please note that the following common allergens are part of the base recipes of this class, and therefore cannot be omitted:
- Gluten
- Eggs
- The pesto and fillings have dairy, but can be omitted if the group chooses.
- The puttanesca has fish, but can be omitted if the group chooses.
Additional Information:
- Class fee of $60.00 per participant includes lunch of all dishes made.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Please see our for youth-appropriate classes.
- Cancellation policy: Due to the small class sizes and nature of planning for fresh ingredients, refund requests made less than 2 weeks before the class date may not be accepted. Note that refunds may not include the Eventbrite processing fee.
