Fresh Legs Sunday- Art Car 5k Packet Pick Up Edition

You put in all the work, now let's refresh those legs before the race! Pick up your race packet and join ENVDR Active Community for a day of activities and recovery. Come for them all or pick whichever ones you want. We'll have free stregnth training and recovery for runners classes, Normatec Compression Therapy, Sauna/Ice Bath Therapy and a variety of vendos including, Total Nutrition, My Fit Foods, Bahamma Momma and NOCCO on hand with lots of giveaways.

Packet pick up will be available between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm

7:30 am: Run/Walk with your dog- Bring your pup and join the East Dogs pack. We'll run or walk 3 miles around the bayou. Stick around afterwards with your dog in the ENVDR dog park or give your dog a bath in the ENDVR dog wash.

9:30 am: Stregnth Training for Runners (session 1)- We have designed strength training and recovery classes designed specifically for runners and the issues they may face while training. During the strength training portion, we will work on performance, core strength, balance, deceleration, stability, mobility and more.

10:15 am: Recovery For Runners (session 1)- Recovery session will consist of active release therapy, foam rolling, joint distraction, static and dynamic stretching and more to help speed up recovery and get your legs and body feeling brand new.

11:30 am: Recovery for Runners (session 2)

12:30 pm: Stregnth Training for Runners (session 2)

11:00 am- 1:00 pm: Normatec Compression Therapy will be available for Free

11:00 am- 1:00 pm: Sauna/Ice Bath Therapy will be available for only $10
