Calamity breeds catharsis; like confinement births curtailment.Trembling together, teary, tethered under the weight of winged adversaries in the sky, compels us to seep into one another, like a fusion of opposing metals, galvanic corrosion into a globe of steel. Impenetrable. Defective, but capable of crashing through windows, shattering passing realities towards whatever is on the other side.
Mandated stillness. The flags of Empire erect on their poles of glass, stained with guts and bones, the foundations beneath them generate a deep current towards complete annihilation, a meticulous surgical removal of the spleen that sustains them. Out with the old, in with the shadow-like, pigmented, murky vision of the new, but redemptive movement surpasses bleak stillness, the chain of old power erodes under the bright light of everything lost.
Blaring screens never gave answers, nor will the waking bots we carry around in our pockets. Hyper-access paves the way to effacement, we cannot call it hope yet, but we can plant the pruned pits of scepticism into the ground and see what mutant fruit grows, mutant, like the insides of us, a blend of disturbance and relentlessness, unspoken eternal aversion that manifests itself in every aspect of conscious conjuring.
The softest urgency slithers its way into the placid normalcy of distraction. There is no word for collective catharsis - just an imperishable impulse that accelerates with every invasive, aggressive offering of the malice in our midst, towards a schism in time, an intentional surrender to the yearning and restitution we live by.
