Join Teresa and Rachael for Frequency Shift on Saturday 14th February 2026 at Liston Hall, Marlow. This is a co-created and harmonic event that invites you to gently surrender into love as an energy, an ever-present frequency that lives in the breath, the body, and the space all around us. Frequency Shift offers a welcoming space of connection as we take a slower pace together and return to the heart centred frequency of love.
Through gentle Qi Gong movement, vibrational sound, heart-led guided visualisation and soothing breathwork, you’ll be guided into an embodied state of presence and wholeness to support deep relaxation. This event offers a space where the body can unwind, the breath can deepen naturally, and the heart can soften and expand without effort or expectation.
The Frequnecy Shift is an invitation to meet yourself exactly as you are, with kindness and compassion, allowing whatever is ready to arise to do so in its own time.
Working with the vibration of Rose through tea and scent, these restorative practices are designed to soothe the nervous system, strengthen and support the heart, and nourish the soul. Rose carries a gentle yet powerful frequency of love, supporting to open the heart, calm emotional tension, and invite a sense of inner harmony and connection.
As you move through this experience, you may find yourself feeling more grounded, more open, and more attuned to your inner rhythms, allowing your natural frequency to rebalance and flow freely.
You Will Experience
- Beautiful organic Rose tea to open and connect with the heart frequency
- Qi Gong Practice 1: soothing breathing techniques and gentle energetic activations
- Heart-focused guided visualisation to deepen connection and presence
- A soothing vibrational sound journey with planetary gongs, alchemy crystal bowls and other vibrational instruments to support vibrational healing and integration
- Qi Gong Practice 2: Buddha palms and flowing movements to circulate and harmonise energy
- A closing connection to gently ground and complete the journey

As we are facilitator solopreneurs, we cannot offer refunds. If you wish to offer your space to a friend, this can be done up to 48 hours of the event starting. Please contact us directly if needing to transfer.
What to Know
- Step-free access is available
- No previous experience is needed, everything is gently and supportively guided
- Yoga mats and blankets are provided (please bring extra blankets or props if needed for maximum comfort)
- We recommend creating space for yourself after the event to allow time for integration
- Journals are welcome if you enjoy reflecting or writing after experiences

About The Practice
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a gentle yet powerful movement practice that balances your energy and reconnects you with your body’s natural flow. Through breath, posture and mindful movement, Qi Gong support to release tension and restore vitality.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
There are no contraindications with Qi Gong and the practices ethos is “no pain, no pain” but we can provide modifications to certain movements if you have experienced or are in the process of:
- Recent surgery or serious physical injuries
- Pregnancy & postpartum
- Severe back pain
Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy is an energetic experience connecting with sound and frequency. Working with crystal alchemy bowls, tibetan bowls, gongs and other vibrational instruments in theraputic ways, you can feel the sound moving through the body, supporting to realign your energy field. Vibrational sound supports to release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system and create space for clarity and inner peace.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Sound-Induced Epilepsy
- Pregnancy (First Trimester)
- Recent broken bones or surgery (as you can experience pain with healing frequency)
- Psychiatric conditions including psychosis, schizophrenia and/or bipolar disorder
- Metal Implants or devices (pacemakers or metal pins)
Meet Your Facilitators
Teresa is a natural empath and sensitive with a lifelong connection to subtle energies and expanded states of consciousness. From an early age, she perceived luminous orbs of light and subtle energies, cultivating a deep sensitivity to the unseen world around us.
Her fascination with colour and vibration, nurtured through her father’s work as a fabric dyer, inspired a lifelong exploration of how light and tone influence the human psyche and support healing.
She initially channelled her intuitive gifts through acting, theatre directing, and storytelling, earning an MA in Actor Coaching and Training and a successful career teaching actors how to embody and transform into character roles with authenticity, presence, and truth.
Blending her backgrounds in creativity, teaching, and intuitive awareness, Teresa guides others on their paths of healing, self-discovery, and soul expansion. Through her work with sound, light, and energy, she helps individuals awaken their inner radiance, restore balance, and step into the fullest expression of their authentic selves.
Over the past decade, Teresa has returned to her roots as an intuitive healer, working with sound and light frequencies, and continually refining her skills across a range of mind–body therapies. Today, she blends her creativity, teaching experience, and intuitive insight to guide others in self-healing, self-discovery, and soul expansion, helping them release unwanted energies, restore balance, and awaken their highest potential.
Rachael is an intuitive teacher and facilitator, specialising in embodied practices that support individuals break free from limiting patterns, reclaim their confidence and step into their fullest expression.
With over 15 years in leadership and 13+ years in the wellness and spiritual space, Rachael has supported thousands through workshops, ceremonies, corporate events and festivals. Her work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed practices, working with Vibrational Sound, Energy and Breathwork; blending intuitive guidance, mediumship and nervous system awareness to create lasting transformation.
Through her grounded and compassionate approach, Rachael guides others to move beyond fear and reconnect with their inner wisdom, opening the door to a more confident, aligned and empowered self.
