A Resonance & Sound Healing Experience
Join us on National Sound Healing Day for a one-hour Resonance & Sound Healing Experience, honoring rest, presence, and connection.
We’ll begin with a brief, quiet tea social. An opportunity to arrive and settle. Followed by a deeply restorative sound healing using crystal alchemy bowls. The vibrations invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open.
Held on Valentine’s Day, this gathering honors sacred love in its purest form. Care for self, gentle awareness, and coming home to your inner rhythm.
Come as you are. Rest. Receive.
🧘 What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow—anything that helps you feel supported and comfortable.
Eye masks and personal comfort items are welcome.
Limited seating is available for those unable to rest on the floor.

• $30 per person
• $25 with pre-registration
• $20 for Lilley Center Members and clients of Hot Studio Sweat Yoga, Tamarack Health Clinic, and Lux Esthetics & Hair Haven
