We are so excited to invite you to our Frequency and Vibration Workshop,In this space of self-exploration, we invite you to delve into the realms of vibration, sound, and resonance. Recognizing that everything in our universe is frequency, we will immerse ourselves in the vibration of our own voices to unlock points of bodily resonance. This process allows us to unify the heart of the Earth and the heart of the Sky through our channel, flowing in acceptance and harmony.
Discover your natural sound and tone as you release, cleanse, and heal through the power of sound, allowing the authenticity of your voice to blossom. During these two hours of connection, we encourage you to bring your Yoga Mat and a gentle drink for your throat, whether it's water or a warm tea.
Guiding you through this exploration is our facilitator, Ruben Yon'ton, who has developed this technique through his experiences with music in Master Plant ceremonies. Aware of the power and medicine inherent in sound, Ruben invites you to explore your own sound, transcending barriers of obstruction and personal limitations.
It's essential to note that this workshop isn't about conforming to conventional musical parameters. Instead, it's an invitation to explore your unique sound, breaking free from barriers and limiting characters. We urge you to flow within the entirety, without judgments or expectations, simply being with the vibration and frequency that resides within each of us.
