Frente El Mar - Sound Bowl Meditation & Mindset Reflection

Join us as we close out the summer with intention, serenity, and soulful reflection — right by the ocean. This special sunset session brings together sound bowl meditation, mindset journaling, and the natural rhythm of the sea.

As the waves crash and the sun sets, you’ll be guided into a state of calm to reflect, release, and reset. This is your moment to reconnect with your inner self, surrounded by community and nature.

🌊 What to Expect:– Guided sound bowl meditation by the ocean– Reflective journaling prompts to support clarity & ease– Mindset conversation to help you realign before Fall– Beautiful sunset & ambient coastal sounds– Intuitive movement/stretching (optional)

🧺 What to Bring:– Please come prepared with a towel, blanket, or yoga mat to sit or lie down comfortably, and feel free to bring a journal and pen if you’d like to reflect after the meditation. We recommend bringing water or tea to stay hydrated, and most importantly, arriving with an open heart and peaceful intentions.

Since we’ll be near the beach and lake, bug repellent is highly recommended to keep you comfortable throughout the evening. Also, please bring a sweater, shawl, or something warm, as temperatures tend to drop around sunset, and sound baths can naturally lower your body temperature.

We’ll be gathering at Bradley Cove, also known as the Asbury Park Dog Beach, in Asbury Park, NJ.

📍 Exact Address:1738 Ocean Ave N, Asbury Park, NJ 07712

You can enter “Bradley Cove” or “Asbury Park Dog Beach” into Google Maps, but for the most accurate location, we recommend using the full address above.

• Our meet-up spot is located towards the far end of the beach, just past 8th Avenue.
• As you drive or walk toward the beach, look out for a large orange/yellow building and a beautiful lake nearby—those are signs you’re in the right place!
• We recommend parking along Ocean Avenue N (there’s a large public lot there near the lake) as it’s the closest access point to our gathering spot.
• You’ll find an entrance to the beach by the lake area. Once on the sand, walk left (north) toward the rocks that separate the dog beach from the surfers' beach.

If you're coming from the main Asbury Park beach (like 4th Ave area), continue along the boardwalk or beach heading left, past 8th Ave and Deal Lake Drive, until you reach us.
