Over the course of two hours, you’ll learn step by step how to prepare your own mini-terrine, guided by the expertise of Jerome & Pauline from Rochelle Food. While your creations bake (about 25 minutes), you’ll enjoy a tasting of the traditional “Terrine Grand-Mère”, beautifully paired with a glass of Pineau des Charentes.
