Our signature event, the French Night, will take place on Saturday 13 July from 6pm, so book your calendar! Annalea & Junior will play live, we will have a five course French inspired menu, plenty of French wines on special, some French cancan and, of course, a great time!The menu:
Hors D’oeuvres
- Pâté de Foie Gras - Homemade duck liver & cognac Pâté served with crostini
- Cervelle de Canut - Cream cheese dip with fresh herbs, garlic and olive oil served on crusty baguette
- Lyonnaise Salad - Bacon, shallots, vinegar, olive oil and Dijon mustard mixed with salad greens
Entrée
- Soupe à l’oignon - Traditional French onion soup served with crusty cheese baguette
Palate Cleanser
- French Lime Sorbet
Le Plat Principal
- Coq au Vin - Slow cooked chicken casserole, with mushroom, bacon and red wine served with herb mashed potatoes
Le Dessert
- French Patisserie served with fresh fruits
This is a dinner set menu; due to the high volume of work, it cannot be altered during the night; please advise us about any dietary requirements when making the payment and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate them.
The event is $120 per person (menu + entertainment)
Payment needs to be made with the booking. Payments are done only at The Option Bistro & Wines, no third parties or social media.
