In this sumptuous class we’re going to make all the swoon worthy French Classics. These are so good to have in your repertoire and you’ll be surprised how easy they are to make.Saturday 4th May 10am - 2pm SA TIME $165 per person.
First is an incredible Twice Cooked, Three Cheese Souffle to die for as our entre.
We’re going to make a classic and seasonal Pork Terrine with quick pickled Cucumbers.
I just don’t think you’ve lived until you’ve had a French Onion Soup (a proper one) It would have to be one of the most delicious soups I’ve ever had, with such simple ingredients, I can’t leave this one off the list.
We’ve got to make Pate and a Baguette to serve it with.
To end our feast, we are going to make sumptuous Creme Brule. A French Classic that is so much fun to make. (mostly because of the blow torch action at the end!)
This is a definite food lovers’ class and I can’t wait to share these recipes and this delicious meal with you. It would be a good idea to wear stretchy pants to this class…… You may also want a snooze after this.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
