What could be more French and enjoyable than cooking than cooking with (or for) your loved ones? In this Atelier de Cuisine series, you’ll learn to master the essentials of French cuisine through the preparation of two classic dishes:
soupe au pistou, the iconic Provençal vegetable soup infused with basil and garlic, and a vibrant passion fruit tart (tarte aux fruits de la passion)—a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity to brighten the winter season.
Perfect for the season, this hands-on cooking class celebrates comforting flavors and timeless French traditions. Chef Cécile Penot Dietrich will guide you step by step in creating a savory Provençal tart followed by an elegant, festive dessert that is sure to impress at any gathering.
After the cooking part, it is the apéro time! You will eat what you made while enjoying a glass of wine and chatting with your fellow French food lovers. As we say in France: santé!
