Located on the western coast of France and centered around the Gironde Estuary, the Bordeaux region is most known for its Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, as well as blends consisting of Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot.
This multi-course dinner will explore the diversity of the wine of the region as well as the food, while blending our unique style of cooking.
