La Boulangerie Française is a social enterprise dedicated to training vulnerable youth to become highly-skilled bakers. Every year, 20 disadvantaged youth from all regions of Vietnam take part in the boarding training program and 85% of them are having good jobs at hotels, resorts, supermarkets and shops. The quality products made during their practical training are sold to cover their food, accommodation, healthcare and other project expenses.
