About this Event
Please note that this is a cooking class with a wine education component.
Take a trip to France over dinner! In this class you will learn to make a three-course meal of dishes you'd find in any French bistro. You’ll start out with a snack of gougères, then make and enjoy a starter of Vélouté de légumes (creamy vegetable soup), a main course of Poulet à la Crème des Champignons (Chicken in a Creamy Mushroom Sauce) and a dessert of Tarte aux Poires (Pear and Almond Tart). After you've cooked, we'll sit down to enjoy the meal together. Wine will be paired with each course and Neil Phillips of vinceteragroup.com will talk you through the pairings.
This class requires a minimum of 15 people to run.
The class size is capped at 18 people.
Participants will be required to show proof of vaccination and photo ID and wear masks throughout the class, except when eating/ drinking.
