🎤 EVENT STRUCTURE
1. Open Mic Warm-Up (9PM–10PM):
Anyone can sign up to freestyle or perform a short original rap.
Backing beats played by a DJ or pre-set playlist.
No pressure — this is the time to hype up the crowd.
2. Battle Bracket (10PM–12AM):
Sign-ups for battles end at 9:30PM.
8 or 16 people max. Single elimination.
Each battle = 1-minute freestyle each, back and forth.
Crowd picks the winner.
Option: Have a bar employee or local guest be the hype judge/referee.
3. Final Showdown (12AM):
Winner gets: Free bar tab (up to $30) & title of “Tipsy Keg Mic Slayer” 👑
4. Cypher Send-Off (12:30-1AM):
Open floor for a last freestyle round — group cypher-style.
