About this Event
Calling All Rappers!
Come show your skills for a chance to win $500, free studio time at Rotation Records and a professional video shot by Inferno Productions. Participants will be chosen randomly to perform, so get there early to sign up, first come first serve. You can also sign up early by contacting @Motai27 on IG.
This event is called Freestyle Friday, but this is not a Freestyle competition. This is a rap competition. Each rapper interested in competing will perform two songs. You will be juded on originality, performance and delivery. Depending on the out come of this first event, this could be a monthly thing. We're just trying a little something different.
There will be three judges, all rappers.Philly's own celebrity judge, Freeway, along with Tev Geez and Allsum Joey. The event will be hosted by Just Tai and Power 99's DJ RL, The club king!
This is a Tai Brand Production..... Poetry is our first love here, but we support all artistry.
We will also have a $5 raffel for a $100 gift card and a $7 raffel for two Powerhouse tickets, going down 10/25/2024
