A flexibility, strength and movement class designed for women living with overweight and obesity, and ALL women are welcome.
Beginner-friendly, breath-led, fun and supportive - ideal for easing into movement with calm and confidence.
Both classes run in 4-week blocks (£24) or £7 per class (pre-booked),
with an option to attend 3 weekly classes for £65 (block booking including FreeMiRise on a Tuesday evening).
