are a vibrant event series where people gather to dance freely, without choreography or judgment. It’s a space designed for self-expression, creativity and connection, set in a welcoming, sober environment.
What to Expect:
• Eclectic Music: A diverse selection of music, from ambient to rhythmic beats, guiding movement intuitively.
• Open Dance Floor: No set steps or rules—just pure movement based on how you feel.
• Safe & Sober Space: Alcohol-free, encouraging deep presence and authentic connection.
• Supportive Community: A mix of beginners and experienced dancers, all embracing movement in their own way.
These evenings are inspired by Ecstatic Dance and 5Rhythms, but ultimately, it’s about moving your body however you wish, releasing stress, and having fun.
