Freedom Traditional Academy Prospective Parent Open House

Freedom Traditional Academy (FTA) is a kindergarten through 8th grade “school of choice” where the learning is accelerated and the instruction is back to basics.
Freedom Traditional Academy’s language arts program is based on the Spalding Method using The Writing Road to Reading. In addition, Spanish will be offered to all K-8 students. 7th and 8th grade students will have the opportunity to receive high school credit in Spanish and Algebra. All students will work one year above grade level in Saxon math.
FTA has a uniform policy, and emphasizes exemplary character, patriotism and citizenship. Additionally, there are high expectations that grades, behavior, and attendance be maintained.
Since opening in 2019, our vision has been to prepare all students to be successful, productive citizens and lifelong learners. We are committed to providing a well-rounded educational experience in which students develop great citizenship and achieve academic excellence through rigorous, accelerated, and purposeful curriculum while supported by an engaged and involved family community.

Info: Participants will be able to choose from a variety of informational sessions, including Q&As with the principal and a student-parent panel, as well as sessions on student activities, STEM, gifted programs, curriculum details, acceleration options, and arts and special area classes.
