Join us for "Freedom to Shine," a thoughtfully crafted workshop designed to empower you with the confidence and motivation needed to pursue your dreams wholeheartedly. Let go of what's been holding you back and embrace the clarity and determination to chase your aspirations with renewed energy and positivity.
All levels of fitness welcome. No yoga skills or knowledge required.
This unique workshop is designed and delivered by Suzanne Rath, Awarded Business Owner, Director and Physiotherapist at Wellness Embodied, and Sophie Anderson, accredited Life Coach.
Suzanne and Sophie are also co-Founders of the empowering Cairns Wellness Solutions Group, which all Cairns residents are welcome and encouraged to join. We aim to inspire & empower people to live fuller, more intentional lives.
By alternating the transformative power of yoga and coaching, this workshop aims to leave participants with a new narrative of their potential.
During those three hours, we will be going through a few blocks alternating gentle breathing and stretches, and journaling exercises, to gradually help you rekindle your clarity and confidence towards a meaningful goal or dream you are pursuing.
Duration: 3 hours (including break)
Participants: Adults of all background, ethnicity, gender and culture who want to invest in their wellbeing.
Location: Wellness Embodied Mantra (Cairns City), Level 2, 80-86 Abbott St, Cairns City QLD 4870, Australia
Provided: Herbal tea, coffee, light snacks, water, workbook and pen, printed resources, mats, cushions, bolsters and chairs.
Bring: A water bottle, a reusable coffee/tea cup, and wear comfortable clothes.
