My feet have always taken me where I want to go, my mind has a thought and my feet follow along.
These very feet have also bought me shame and pain, many dance lessons where I completely understood the term 2 left feet.
I had a rhythm but could not for the life of me get the choreography.
My movements were guided by my mind. The more I tried the greater I fumbled.

I am thrilled to introduce our upcoming 'Freedom Sessions'.
In 2025, I am embracing the joy of living and bringing more fun into this one precious life. And I would love to invite you into this journey with me.
And as with any worthy exploration, the teachings come from the experience. hence my invitation to you here and now.
I have come to realise I have been working towards offering The Freedom Sessions for most of my life.
My experience has been that my body showed me how to move, how to dance her own unique dance, mine is as unique as yours and is beauty expressed.
I am Tracey, once fragmented by shame and pulled into being by my own movement.
