This workshop will guide you to reconnect with your inner child through tools of free expression: movement for embodiment, guided inner child meditation, creative writing and grounding exercises. Julia Medina @freeandflowco
Julia is a registered social worker, holistic nutritionist, and reiki practitioner. She believes in true holistic care with a focus on women’s health, caring about YOU; mind, body, + soul. After suffering from numerous health conditions over years that she healed and continues to heal through a holistic lens, she holds a strong passion for wanting to help others achieve the same. She is an avid public speaker, and has hosted many workshops focusing on healing with trauma, holistic nutrition, and towards hormonal balance. She believes everyone deserves access to care and that the barriers to accessing care matter as well. With an education in mental, physical, and spiritual wellness, she supports community in reclaiming their power through health.
