About this Event
The Buddha says, “Holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting your enemy to die.” It’s true. Holding any bitterness, resentment, or anger only harms you. We often don’t want to forgive because we don’t want the person who harmed us to “get away with it” but holding on to that energy doesn’t make a wrong turn right. It doesn’t punish the other - it punishes you. In fact, according to the National Institute of Health
“The negative health effects of unforgiveness are widely documented, which include but are not limited to: stress, increased depression and anxiety, social isolation, and even compromised physical health due to stress on one's immune system.”
So what’s the point?
In this 1-hour workshop, Shelly will explain the process of forgiveness and guide you in a hypnotic journey through a process called Ho’oponopono. You’ll be able to forgive and let go of old baggage that’s been holding you back. It’s amazing how good you can feel!
This event is hybrid, so you can attend in-person or via Zoom!
