Freedom From and Freedom To

Freedom From and Freedom To asks the artists and the audience to consider themes of freedom/liberation from various limitations and boundaries, and to consider what could be if these limits were obliterated: to trust in a moment of exchange. Each group of dancers and musicians performs an improvised set, fusing diverse artistic backgrounds and practices, creating unique and fleeting worlds. It also integrates the elements of chance and audience participation in that the audience is called upon to choose (by random drawing) the combinations of dancers and musicians that perform together.
