Freedom Fridays are back this year for 2021! They're hosted downtown Rantoul (on Sangamon Avenue) every Friday, starting July 2nd-August 20th from 6-9pm. Bring your lawn chairs!
Freedom Fridays is a family friendly event with music, outdoor dining, drinks, free yard games, 50/50 cash raffles, and varying kids activities for free and for purchase.
This year we will see some new additions to the fun and we're excited to see this new tradition continue.
This year, Rantoul's fireworks will be on July 2nd, for our kickoff of Freedom Fridays.
The Fourth of July parade will continue to be on the morning of July 4th annually.
Dogs must be on leashes
