Join us on May 5 for an unforgettable Freedom Concert at the Netherlands Carillon, overlooking Washington, D.C. This fourth edition of the concert marks a significant milestone – 80 years of freedom (*) – and promises an inspiring blend of music, history, and celebration.
This year's Freedom Concert features an amazing line-up of performers, including carillonneurs Kevin Lieberman, Michelle Lam, Oliver MacDonald, and Liam Flood; the Regimental Orchestra “Guards and Grenadiers”; acclaimed Dutch singer Julia Schutten; and Colonel Bruce R. Pulver, Leader and Commander of the U.S. Army Band.
* This event takes place on the Netherlands’ Liberation Day. This year marks 80 years since the restoration of our freedom from occupation during World War II.
