Step away from the noise of everyday life and escape to the North Devon coast for a beautifully curated wellness retreat at Watermouth Castle.
Set within the peaceful surroundings of the castle and coastline, this intimate small-group experience is designed to restore energy, calm the mind and reconnect you with nature through movement, sea air and meaningful moments of rest.
Across the weekend, guests will enjoy a carefully balanced programme including guided Qi Gong sessions, coastal walks, a fully guided coasteering experience at Hele Bay, optional sea immersion, sauna sessions, nourishing meals, evening sound bath relaxation and time to slow down within the castle grounds overlooking the sea. Accommodation within the castle apartments is also included.
