In Chakradance™, we use music specifically created to resonate with each of the 7 main chakras, helping to rejuvenate, align, and balance our energy centers. We dance with our eyes softly closed (or with a downward gaze) to better connect with our inner world. With guided visualizations, you will let the music lead you, finding your own natural movement and expression.
