We Run This Town! Join us for the most patriotic run on this side of the Sierras on July 4th for our Annual Freedom 5K Run for the Wreath Fun Run at Heritage Park! There will be prizes for the best costumes. Make it a day and stay for the annual Carson Valley Pops in the Park Patriotic concert presented by the Town of Gardnerville at 11am This is the second run in our "We Run This Town" series. Participate in all three, and you will earn yourself a limited edition "I Run This Town" tee shirt.
Bring out the whole family and don't forget to tell all your friends!
Pre-Registration Fees:
Runners: 10 & Under FREE
Runners: 11 & Up: $25.00
Runners: Military / Veterans: $20.00
Day of Event: $35.00 per runner

Main Street Gardnerville has partnered with Wreath's Across America to honor all 225 Military Veterans laid to rest at Garden Cemetery. This year $5.00 from every registration will go towards purchasing a wreath for these Veterans.
Registration Begins at 7:00am
Location: The run will start and finish at Heritage Park in Gardnerville on the Ezell Street side of the park. (1447 Courthouse Alley)
Race Begins at 8:00am... RAIN or SHINE!
Dogs are welcome to join the fun, please make sure they are not aggressive, are current on their vaccinations, and are child/dog friendly. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND WILL BE POSITIONED AT THE BACK OF THE STARTING PACK.
PRIZE BREAKDOWN: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers will receive a trophy. All participants will receive running medals.
