Details:
- Cost: Free demo class (registration required — space is limited to 15 participants)
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in and a bottle of water. Chairs will be provided.
- Who It’s For: Adults of all ages, especially those seeking to improve balance, flexibility, and confidence in movement. Not appropriate (at this time) for individuals requiring a wheelchair.

About the Instructor:
Hillary Carlisle is an experienced certified yoga instructor and CPTSD recovery coach who has been teaching yoga to seniors and adults of all experience levels. Her approach combines mindful movement, nervous system education, and compassion-based guidance to support healing and mobility at every age.
