Join Curiosity Studio for a free workshop on zines! Using the Girlhood (It's complicated) exhibit as inspiration, instructors will highlight examples from the exhibit to show the way zines can be a vessel for response, extension of ideas, or communicators of ideas. Using a variety of materials, Curiosity Studio will then demonstrate how to make three different zines (small DIY booklets) with participants at any level of artistry or ability.Free Minnesota History Center admission and parking is available every Thursday from 4 pm-8 pm. The drop-in zine workshop will take place on the 3rd floor from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm. Feel free to drop in for the entire two hours, or for as little as fifteen minutes.
