FREE Zine Making Workshop hosted by Eve Travis from The Block At The Rigger Venue - 7.30pm til Late - Wednesday the 19th of February - All Welcome
Theme: 'Femme Riot' - The Zine/s made will be featured at the next Femme Riot event at The Rigger Venue for International Women's Day
Materials will be provided but please do feel free to bring your own! :D
No previous experience required, zine making is the most accessible and easy form of creating and is a great place to get started becoming an artist or trying out new things...
There will be a curated playlist to suit the theme - if you have any song requests pop them in the discussion thread on this event.

What is a Zine? - a noncommercial often homemade/D.I.Y. usually devoted to specialised and unconventional subject matter
What is Femme Riot? - a mixed arts line-up event celebrating women, trans and non-binary artists featuring spoken word, cabaret, circus, dance, live music, workshops, DJs and more
What materials could I bring? - old magazines, newspapers, junk mail, pens, pencils, stencils, stickers, stationary and whatever else you might like to use
