Free Youth Mindfulness Classes for 12-17-year-olds Saturday 4:00-5:30 pmEveryone, including teenagers, can benefit from mindfulness practice. Practicing mindfulness can improve attention, and concentration, reduce anxiety and depression, better emotional resilience, enhance cognitive functioning, and increase self-awareness and coping skills.
