Free Your Voice Yuba River Retreat with Phoenix Song

Free Your Voice retreat Oct 4-6 at the Haven, Grass Valley. It begins with Friday dinner Oct 4 and an opening evening session and ends Sunday Oct 6 at noon. After the retreat ends, folks can go to the Yuba River to swim and hang out. Sessions will incorporate movement, improvisational singing, harmony, chakra sound meditations, drumming, sound healing, and more. The gorgeous retreat center has a natural pool and hot tub, fire pit, yurt, and outdoor decks. Evenings will be impromptu jams and sing-a-longs. Five delicious, nurturing meals will be catered by a wonderful chef.
