The patterns that are keeping you in pain are learned and ingrained in your brain. To release this chronic tension, you simply need to harness the human body’s innate ability to heal itself and retrain the brain. In this workshop, you will learn about the muscles and patterns that are holding you tight and stuck. You will experience Somatic practices to release these patterns and address muscle imbalances. You will experience pain relief and more ease/ freedom in your body.
