Free Your Feminine - Dance, Connect, Awaken | A Soul Fetch Experience

I'm thrilled to share this dance with you! As a dancer passionate about movement as therapy, I've seen firsthand how dance can heal, connect, and awaken our inner joy. In this class, we'll blend movement, meditation, and journaling to ground ourselves, connect with our bodies, and release energy - opening our hearts and creating space for the new. Join me in a playful, safe space where we'll move to uplifting Latin music, celebrate our feminine energy, and flourish together.

This class is designed for women and will be held in a private studio at the church.

Info: Participants arrive and settle into the space. *You can stretch, walk around, meditate, breathe, set an intention, journal, explore goddess deck cards before we start.

Info: I will provide journal prompts. Taking time to ground ourselves and set intention before the dance begins.

Info: Briefly introduce ourselves and familiarise ourselves with the group. *I will often ask a question for us to share or suggest a game.

Info: Guided warm up

Info: Space/time to dance freely to latin rhythms. The dance is not choreographed, but I am there for guidance :) Please note that 40min of upbeat dance can be quite a workout so come prepared to sweat.

Info: Guided cool down

Info: An invitation to use our voices - to release and to integrate our moving experience through song. I provide a verse and will sing it; and whoever wants to join in can do but it is totally optional.
