If you are tired of feeling stiff and sore, this program is for you!Both educational and experiential, you will learn how to use myofascial release and somatic movement flows to reduce pain and free your body to move with ease.
My approach to movement is mindful, compassionate and meets your body exactly where it is at.
Time: 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm | Wednesdays starting October 8, 2025
Weeks 1-3 (October 8, 15, 22): Free your hips
Weeks 4-6 (November 5, 12, 19): Free your back
Weeks 7-9 (December 3, 10, 17): Free your neck & shoulders
Cost: $274 which includes nine 75 min in person group classes as well as a resource library of online videos and printable handouts that will allow you to take what you've learned and put it into practice, so you can keep moving and doing the things that bring you joy - for a lifetime!
