Free Young People’s Yoga (16-25 Year Olds)

Yoga in the lovely Shed this session is especially for young adults. You will move, breathe and relax. Give it a try - this is a non competetive environment for all abilities; no experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a mat if you have one (otherwise we do have some spares).
