Come for free yoga classes in this 4 week block; designed just for teens to stretch, de-stress, relax, and find their zen in person.
About this Event

Yoga in the lovely Shed especially for younger teens. You will move, breathe and relax. Give it a try - this is a non competetive environment for all abilities; no experience needed. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a mat if you have one (otherwise we do have some spares).
