Founder of Karmic Connection Yoga, Lori is an Interdisciplinary Yoga instructor, RYT certified since 2000. She specializes in Partner yoga, Acroyoga and Thai massage. Flower leads yoga and hiking plus Acro Yoga retreats in addition to traveling and teaching at festivals. Flower teaches regular classes at Movement fitness, Yoga Pearl and has a private practice as a wilderness therapist in Boulder. Her teaching style is spontaneous, intuitive and playful.
This all levels class is guided intuitively, rhythmically and attuned to bring forth great self awareness, compassion and deeper understanding of your body/ mind connection.
