Hello Eugene Yogis!
Take an hour to connect your body and mind to find stillness through movement. A free Vinyasa Flow is offered every Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Sacred Connections; 810 w 3rd ave in the Whitaker by two local RYT200 certified yoga instructors.
No need to bring anything except your yoga mat and a water bottle. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this is perfect for all levels. So grab your friends and family, and let's flow together!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to get set up and centered. Donations accepted.
