Whether you’ve done yoga before or this is your first time, you’ll be guided through a gentle, accessible practice designed to help you move your body and calm your mind.

Your Teacher
Ann-See has been teaching yoga and movement for over 30 years. Her classes are rooted in intention, grounded in care, and designed to support you in whatever season you’re in. You’ll be in gentle, experienced hands.
