Join us for FREE YOGA-LATES AT AGA KHAN PARK at The Aga Khan Park on Sept 10th, 17th, 24th and Oct 1st at 6-7pm with Dana from InsideOut Fitness! Stretch, strengthen, and relax in this beautiful outdoor setting.
Each class combines foundational yoga postures with focused core-strengthening exercises, all done on the mat to ensure a low-impact, joint-friendly experience.
