Every Wednesday at 6 PM let's practice yoga in the park, outside of The Collins Quarter at Forsyth. This class is taught by Danette Bauer (Dani B) and is sponsored by Collins Quarter and FREE to the public.
Expect a 60 minute, all levels vinyasa yoga flow. This style is a combo of gentle and fiery, and is taught with breath, inclusive language and physical modifications. Bring a mat, water & invite a friend or meet one there.
I am recently back from a 300 hour yoga program taught by Meg Shuba. I am beyond excited to share this fun and artistic way of guiding movement in the body and mind.
