This class is open to all levels and offers the perfect opportunity to break away from the hustle of the week. Embrace the serenity of nature and find your inner peace along the beautiful coastline.🌊

After our yoga session, we invite you to stay for a delightful picnic and some socializing, fostering a stronger, healthier community connection (NOT REQUIRED but THINK ABOUT IT). This event aligns with The Basics of Life’s mission to promote mental well-being and community health.
