Inaugural Flow: Yoga in the Park – World Fusion Immersive Yoga Healing Class. (Special Kickoff Class on May 24th)
We’re excited to invite you to a special opening session of Yoga in the Park featuring World Fusion Healing led by our CEO and Founder Stephanie Wijkstrom. This extended 90-minute experience will include vinyasa yoga and sound healing sage cleansing and a cacao circle offering a deeply grounding and uplifting start to this year’s series.
Stephanie a Licensed Professional Counselor Certified Yoga Teacher and Certified Integrative Mental Health Counselor brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to this signature opening class.
Stephanie’s journey toward holistic healing began in 2010 when she traveled to the Amazon jungle to study with healers. It was there immersed in the sacred traditions of plant medicine that she experienced breathwork in a profound new way.
This transformative experience allowed her to recognize the powerful connection between body mind and spirit. Since then Stephanie has made it her mission to share the power of integrative practices such as breathwork mindfulness and yoga with others.
