This free, all-levels yoga class is dedicated to the helpers—those who give their time, energy, and care to others every day. Whether you're a teacher, healthcare worker, first responder, therapist, or anyone in a service role, this class is our way of giving back to you.
Expect gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and a welcoming space to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. No experience necessary—just come as you are.
When: Wednesday Nov. 25th @7PM
Cost: Free for all service providers
