Come move, sweat, and vibe with me. It’s totally free, open to all levels, and built to make you feel strong and maybe just the right amount of sore!

What to bring:

Your mat, water, a towel and a willingness to move and sweat.

What to expect:

A spicy power vinyasa flow, good vibes, and zero judgment.
Where to go:

We’ll be flowing by the amphitheater near the recreation center building. Walk past the volleyball courts and you’ll spot me. There’s lots of free parking nearby!
